Grab your family, friends, co-workers and Neighborhood Watch group members, and join SAFE in Golden Gate Park on Sunday, October 25th! It's your chance to showcase your Neighborhood Watch group, join other community members throughout the city, and enjoy an active day in the park.

SAFE is hosting a 5K Fun Run/Walk for SAFEty in order to raise awareness of personal and family safety, and highlight the efforts of our Neighborhood Watch group members that are dedicated to making our communities safer.

The First Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk for SAFEty is also designed to raise funds for SAFE’s important crime prevention and public safety services. All runners and walkers are encouraged to raise $100 from family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and business associates in support of their participation in the Fun Run/Walk. Your participation and their contributions will help support a safer San Francisco.

Participate in SAFE's 5K Fun Run... or Walk! Or join the Stroller Brigade! Register as an individual or as a Neighborhood Watch Team. It's a great way to get to know more of your neighbors, and partipate in a team event that will highlight your Neighborhood Watch Group. Prizes for the top 3 finishers. The Neighborhood Watch Group with the most participating neighbors will receive a gift card for their next Block Party.

Check-in begins at 10:00 a.m.; Race at 11:00 a.m.

Participant BBQ & After-Party: 11:30 a.m til 2:30 p.m.

Registration fee is $10 per person. Children under 10 are free. Get friends or family to pledge or sponsor your run.
